The song captures the anger, heartbreak, and exhaustion that come from watching people lose their lives at the hands of those sworn to protect them. Inspired by the movement sparked after the killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and so many others, it’s about refusing to stay silent and believing that justice and accountability should apply to everyone.

This design started as a flyer for our show at the legendary Viper Room in LA, created by Fort Collins–based graphic designer Brady Patrick Boyle. We brought it back to life on a Comfort Colors tee, one of the softest, most premium band shirts you can get.
When the world shut down in 2020 and our big plans evaporated, we channeled the chaos into creativity. Teaming up with Oakland illustrator Noah Wilson, we wrote and released our own comic book, a wild story about traveling to Tokyo and saving the world with rock ’n’ roll. It dropped alongside our 2020 single, “Tokyo”
